*Please note that you will need to print in colour. Important dates are also noted below:

• Sept. 12: School-year class schedule begins. Classes resume in Colwood and Sidney.
• Oct. 10: Thanksgiving Day – no classes (offices closed)
• Nov. 11: Remembrance Day – no classes (offices closed)
• Dec. 15-Jan. 2: Winter Break – no classes
• Dec. 26-Jan. 2: Offices closed
• Jan. 3: Offices re-opens, classes resume
• March 19-23: Spring Break – no classes (Quadra office open throughout)
• March 26: Classes resume
• April 6-9: Good Friday through Easter Monday – no classes (offices closed)
• May 21: Victoria Day – no classes (offices closed)
• June 21: Last day of classes before summer schedule begins
• July and August: Summer schedule (to come)

Reminders

• Consistent attendance is vitally important to your child’s progress.
• Please call us as at 250-388-7225 as soon as you know that your child is going to miss a class. If your child misses a class and we do not hear from you, we will contact you the next day.
• Each student may miss one class out of every 12 classes for illness or compassionate reasons at no cost to you. If a student misses more than one class, please provide a written note from a doctor so we can credit your account.
• Payment is due before the 1st of the month.
